Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins.


Directions:

Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs and they should just fall apart. Enjoy!

WINE AND APPLE CIDER JELLY RECIPES

Apple Cider Jelly

* 4 cups unsweetened apple, grape, or orange juice ( I used unsweetened Apple Cider)

* 1/4 c lemon juice (not from a real lemon) has to be in the bottle

* 1- 1 3/4 ounce package powdered fruit pectin, if you use the little container of pectin (I use Ball brand) use 3 1/2 T

* 4 1/2 c sugar

Wine Jelly

One bottle of wine

1 Pack of Pectin

½ Cup Lemon Juice

4 ½ c Sugar

For both recipes: Add liquid (wine / juice), lemon juice and pectin, bring to hard boil, add sugar all at once, bring to hard boil. Recipe says boil for 2 minutes (4 in reality)

Water bath: 10 minutes covered on full boil with lid on, then 5 on burner with it turned off and lid removed.

QUICHE

Ingredients 

½ Cup of Bisquick or store brand 

1 Cup milk 

2 Eggs 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1/8 teaspoon pepper 

Heat oven to 400. Put whatever you want in the bottom of a greased pie plate such as cubed ham, spinach, onions, peppers, bacon, cheese, sausage, etc. Mix ingredients above in blender. Pour over food in bottom of pie plate. You may have to make another batch depending on how much stuff is in plate. Bake 30-45 min until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Chicken Pot Pie (Makes 4 Pies)

Ingredients: 

6 Chicken Breasts 

4 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (Condensed) 

4 Cans of Mixed Veggies or Frozen Equivalency 

2 Cups Shredded Cheese of Choice 

2 Cups Milk 

2 Packs Deep Dish Pie Shells (2 per pack) 

2 Boxes Roll Out Pie Crust (2 per box) 


Bake chicken and cut into small pieces. In a mixing bowl combine 1 ½ chicken breasts, cubed, 1 can soup, 1 can drained veggies, ½ cup cheese and ½ cup milk. Stir well. Pour into deep dish pie shell. Top with pie crust, pinch edges and make slits at the top. Cover with aluminum. Repeat 3 more times to make a total of 4 pies. 


Baking Directions 


FROM FROZEN 

Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 1 hour 

Uncover 

Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes more until golden 

brown 


FROM THAWED 

Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 50 minutes 

Uncover 

Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes more until golden 

brown
